Delivery takes 2 - 3 days via Singpost standard mail.
$1 postage for normal mail
Item is mailed out within 24 hours from payment verification.
Item is delivered to your mailbox.
You will not be able to track delivery
Although uncommon, SunFairies will be held responsible for any lost-in-mail occurrence as a result of normal postage. As such, registered mail is always a recommended option.
In cases of lost-in-mail for normal postage, SunFairies will do our utmost best to coordinate and follow-up with Singpost for the retrieval of the parcel.

There is a one time charge of $2.24 on top of standard postage for registered mail.
Customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.
If no one is at home/office to receive it, a notification slip will be left either at the door or in the mailbox to collect within 10 days at the nearest Post Office. Customer will be required to bring down the notification slip with NRIC to collect.

Customer is solely responsible for choices made regarding colour, size or items purchased.
All sales are final and there are no refunds/exchange.
Items colour may differ slightly, due to lighting effect or monitor's resolution.
SunFairies will not be responsible for any complaints personal dislike/ dissatisfaction with the quality & design of the product.
